In 2010-2011, Russia will not have enough conscripts to continue to man its army at current levels, and the strategic and resource-rich Siberian expanses are facing depopulation.   1. Russian “Bear” is really powerful, but there are low technology level of whole country. For example they unpacking md5 with USA md5 database, because the have not free service like it. Kremlin was right, but going terrible times when not a human count factor is common on war.
